HemPepPred: A Web Server for Prediction of Peptide Hemolytic Activity

This technical framework centers on development for hemolytic peptide prediction, integrating ESM2_t33 protein language model embeddings with manually constructed amino acid descriptors.It employs a three-stage strategy to screen key features, builds a core prediction system using an ensemble regression model, and ultimately integrates these components into the platform to support hemolytic peptide-related design and prediction.
